Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care.
• Conduct esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, ensuring client comfort and optimal results.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client needs, offering tailored recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions seamlessly.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance client results and support business growth.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to sanitation protocols for all equipment and treatment areas.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques like hair threading and nail care, and new product offerings to ensure top-tier service delivery.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification as required by state law.
• Proven experience in body waxing, skin treatments, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, or botulinum toxin procedures.
• Knowledge of salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for appointment management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to perform esthetic laser treatments safely while maintaining high sanitation standards.
• Experience with retail sales techniques to recommend products confidently.
• Additional skills such as nail care, makeup application, barbering, or hair threading are a plus but not mandatory.
