Esthetician and Wax Specialist

Duties

• Perform esthetic services such as full body waxing.
• Provide personalized consultations to assess clients’ skin types and give recommendations for treatment.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with state regulations and industry best practices.
• Utilize salon software and management systems to schedule appointments, process payments, and update client notes efficiently.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product recommendations for optimal results.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications to continually improve service quality and expand treatment offerings.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law.
• Proven experience in body waxing, skincare treatments, and advanced aesthetic procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with scheduling or similar experience.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times.
• Ability to perform multiple treatments confidently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude that energizes clients and colleagues alike.
