Licensed Waxing Specialist (Full-Time)

The V Lady is a luxury intimate wellness studio in Midlothian, VA. We specialize in personal care services and pride ourselves on creating an elevated, welcoming experience for every client. As we grow, we are building a team of driven, skilled providers. People who don't just want a job, but want a career they are proud of and a brand they can grow within.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist with a specialization in waxing
• Technical knowledge of hard wax, soft wax, and intimate/Brazilian waxing techniques
• Sugaring knowledge or certification is a strong bonus, not required but preferred
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused with a warm, welcoming demeanor
• Ambitious, someone who wants to take ownership of their role, grow their book, and build something real
• A self-starter who takes initiative, brings ideas, and doesn't wait to be told what to do next

• Starting pay: $15-18/hour + commission (fully negotiable based on experience)
• Performance-based commission on services and retail

All compensation is negotiable and tailored to your experience and any clientele you bring.

SCHEDULE:

Full-time | Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Saturdays
