Esthetician and Wax Specialist

Job Summary
XES Beauty, a premier beauty lounge with over 16 years of excellence in West Hartford, is seeking part-time Beauty Specialist with a passion for sugaring/waxing and brow enhancement services.

Offering a loyal client base, along with a full-service environment that includes facials, massage therapy, and seasonal manicure/pedicure services—providing strong opportunities for cross-service growth.

Your expertise will help clients feel pampered, informed, and inspired to look and feel their best. This offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a client-focused setting while contributing to a positive and energetic atmosphere.

Duties

• Provide professional esthetic services including sugaring. waxing, brows. Threading and nail care is a plus,
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications to continually enhance your expertise.

Skills

• Proven experience in beauty industry minimum 3 years
• Retail sales of skincare or beauty products.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships through active listening and personalized care.
• Commitment to sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe treatment environment.
