Esthetician Apprentice

The Pampering Closet and She Pharms are seeking a committed, creative, and career-driven Esthetician Apprentice to join our Holistic Esthetics Studio, Farm to Face skincare and apothecary brand.

This is a Georgia State Board-approved apprenticeship opportunity under the supervision of a licensed esthetician (through the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers), designed for individuals who want to:

She Pharms is our farm-to-face apothecary, blending herbal wellness, skincare, and lifestyle.

Apprenticeship Details

• Program Length: Minimum 18 months
• Training Hours Required: 2,000 hours
• Location:
• The Pampering Closet (spa)
• She Pharms (garden/apothecary space)
• The Barn (Oxford location for content + training)
• Schedule: Structured weekly training + client service days
• Academic materials provided

Additional Role: Content Creator

This role includes hands-on content creation for our growing brand.

You will:

• Film and edit Instagram, Facebook & TikToks
• Capture client transformations and behind-the-scenes footage
• Assist in storytelling and brand development
• Participate in on-camera education and promotions

Content creation is built into your weekly schedule (5–10 hours/week minimum) Responsibilities

• Complete all apprenticeship training requirements
• Perform esthetic services (when approved)
• Maintain strict sanitation and professionalism standards
• Assist with client care and spa operations
• Recommend retail products and support membership growth
• Contribute to social media content creation consistently

Compensation (Clinical Phase Only)

Once approved to perform services:

• 40% Commission on Services
• 10% Commission on Retail Sales

No pay during initial observation/training phase

• All clients are property of The Pampering Closet / She Pharms

Pay: $1.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
