Esthetician & Client Experience Specialist

What You’ll Do

Sales & Client Experience

  • Greet clients and deliver exceptional, upbeat customer service
  • Educate clients on all Zivel services and match them to the best solutions
  • Sell memberships and packages (goal: average 10 per month)
  • Provide studio tours and conduct client consultations
  • Represent Zivel at community events and outreach opportunities

Front Desk & Operations

  • Answer phones, return voicemails, and manage scheduling
  • Check clients in/out and process sales in our POS system
  • Onboard new clients, collect waivers, and build client profiles
  • Execute opening and closing duties

Follow-Up & Relationship Building

  • Make wellness and follow-up calls to clients
  • Reach out to new leads and help convert them into members

Studio Support

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment
  • Assist with laundry, retail, events, and social media efforts when needed

Available Schedules:

This is an appointment-based service role, with hours determined by client bookings. While we strive to maintain strong demand, treatment shifts are scheduled based on appointments and are not guaranteed when there are no bookings.

Team members who also support front desk and guest experience may be scheduled for those shifts independently of treatment volume, ensuring seamless service for our members and guests.

  • Sun 9 AM - 3:00 PM (Premium body treatments)
  • Mon, Wed 5:45 AM AM - 11 PM (front desk and guest experience)
  • Fri 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM (front desk and guest experience)
  • Sat 2:00 PM - 7 PM (Premium body treatments)

Additional opportunities are frequently available for shift coverage and expanded hours based on studio demand.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
