Esthetician Cosmetologist

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Esthetician Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. Your expertise in esthetic treatments and retail product recommendations will create an exceptional guest experience. We will train you in operation of our various laser treatment devices including Alma Harmony, Alma Opus and T-Shape2. Experience a plus!

Duties

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Deliver services such as dermaplaning.
• Manage retail sales by recommending appropriate products during consultations and conducting product demos to educate clients on benefits.
• Utilize salon management software like Vagaro for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to health regulations for all treatments and equipment.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest check-in/out, answering inquiries via social media management platforms, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Support the team with social media management by creating engaging content that highlights services and promotes special offers.
• Upsell additional treatments or products confidently to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Stay informed about new industry trends such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, esthetic laser procedures, tattooing techniques, and advanced massage therapies like deep tissue massage.

Skills

• Proven experience in cosmetology with a strong background in esthetician services. Will accept new grad eager to train.
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
• Management skills for scheduling appointments efficiently and overseeing daily operations.
• Proficiency with salon software such as Vagaro for booking and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Ability to perform advanced treatments including dermaplaning, dermabrasion and laser therapy.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products and services naturally.
• Experience managing social media platforms for marketing purposes.
• Familiarity with retail sales strategies to promote product demos effectively.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
