Responsibilities:

• Theory Instruction (Online): Support the interactive online Milady (CIMA) curriculum delivered to students online, covering topics such as skincare techniques, product knowledge, facial treatments, and sanitation protocols.
• Practical Training: Oversee hands-on practical training sessions, providing guidance and support to students as they develop their skills in a salon-like setting.
• Assessment and Feedback: Assess student performance through practical demonstrations, written assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
• Student Support: Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, offering guidance and encouragement to students as they progress through the program.
• Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into curriculum updates and instructional methods.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks related to course planning, student evaluations, and record-keeping in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Esthetics License: Hold a valid esthetics license issued by the State of Texas with a minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in the field.
• Teaching Experience: Previous experience teaching or training individuals in esthetics or a related field is preferred.
• Passion for Education: Demonstrate a genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed in their academic and professional endeavors.
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students of varying backgrounds and learning styles.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the program.
• Professionalism: Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all interactions with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
