Esthetician Educator

Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Esthetician Educator to join our team. This role involves delivering comprehensive training and educational programs to aspiring estheticians, skincare professionals, and beauty students. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in esthetic treatments and adult education, with the ability to inspire and mentor learners through engaging lesson plans and hands-on demonstrations. The Esthetician Educator will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of skincare specialists by sharing expertise across a wide range of esthetic services and techniques.

Duties

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for esthetician students, covering topics such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and makeup application.
• Provide hands-on training in advanced treatments including dermabrasion, hydro facial, chemical exfoliation and all other aesthetic therapies.
• Educate students on anatomy knowledge relevant to skin and body treatments, trigger point therapy, and other specialized esthetic procedures.
• Guide students through practical assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques such as eyelash extensions into curriculum.
• Support students’ professional development by offering constructive feedback and mentorship throughout their learning journey.
• Assist in classroom management and create an inclusive learning environment conducive to adult education.
• Participate in curriculum development efforts to enhance course content and instructional methods.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Strong teaching skills with experience in adult education settings; ability to develop lesson plans aligned with industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction and student engagement.
• Hands-on experience with advanced esthetic procedures like trigger point therapy, LED light therapy, facial massage, and skin anatomy.
• Ability to demonstrate technical skills clearly while fostering a positive learning environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to esthetic treatments and other sensitive procedures.
