Esthetician - Experienced

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Esthetician to join our vibrant skincare team! Must have a minimum of 3-years as an Esthetician. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and beauty services that enhance our clients’ confidence and well-being. Your expertise in facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application will help create a luxurious and personalized experience for every guest. As an integral part of our team, you will also educate clients on skincare products through engaging demos and retail sales, ensuring they leave feeling refreshed, radiant, and informed. This paid position offers a dynamic environment where your skills can truly shine!

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, eyelash extensions, body waxing, body wraps, and makeup application with precision and care
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing all equipment and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations
• Provide personalized product recommendations and conduct product demos to educate clients about skincare solutions
• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client concerns and creating tailored treatment plans that foster loyalty
• Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products that complement treatments and meet client goals
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort throughout treatments and address any questions or concerns
• HydraFacial experience a plus

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician license for the state of Michigan required
• Proven experience in delivering a wide range of esthetic services with a focus on quality and client satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, retail sales techniques, and current beauty trends
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and explain treatment benefits clearly
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in all procedures
• Experience with eyelash extensions, makeup application, and body waxing preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with Aveda skin care a plus

Pay: $34.49 - $41.53 per hour
