Esthetician- Fredrick, Maryland
Evolve Med Spa is seeking a skilled and passionate part-time aesthetician to join our Fredrick team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality skincare and beauty treatments to our clients, focusing on delivering outstanding customer experiences and results.

About the Role:
- Perform consultations, educate and create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Perform a range of skincare and beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, body treatments, and makeup application, among others
- Perform aesthetic body sculpting treatments in accordance with Evolve Med Spa standards
- Make recommendations to patients on other services and products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and building a loyal clientele base
- Keep up-to-date with the latest skincare and beauty trends, products, and treatments, and participate in ongoing training and development
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve business goals and targets, and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
- Actively promote the spa services and products offered as well as programs or promotions available
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform microdermabrasion, peels, enhancements and customized facials for all skin types • Provide consistent professional facials in accordance with spa protocols and accepted practices • Effectively communicate and educate our guests with regards to specific skincare concerns
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all spa facial services
- Ensure that treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies and equipment
- Maintain medical aesthetic equipment
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations, treatments, and product recommendations, properly document in EMR per Evolve Med Spa protocol
- Maintain and follow proper HIPAA and OSHA protocol
Additional Position Requirements:
- You must have experience doing a variety of facials and medical grade treatments in a spa setting. You should have strong product knowledge and be skilled at treating all types of skin conditions. The Esthetician is highly professional and very detail oriented
- Must have a thorough knowledge performing skin analysis and ability to customize facials based on analysis
- Experience using high frequency, microdermabrasion, peels and other advanced therapies
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Possess the ability to work without direct supervision
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- Must be a team player
- Strong time management
- Communication skills
Reports to: Clinic Director
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Maryland Licensed Esthetician
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Experienced in Microdermabrasion, Peels
- LED therapy and other advanced therapies
Compensation:
- 23 an Hour, plus monthly bonuses
- Employee discounts on products and treatments
Schedule: Evenings/Saturdays are a must
License/Certification: Esthetician License (Required)
Work Location: Fredrick, Maryland, will need to travel to Bel Air for ta 3 day training
