Esthetician / Front Desk Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Esthetician / Front Desk Specialist. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Responsibilities:

- Perform skilled esthetic services.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and appointments.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skin care products.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other tasks.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service at a MED SPA or SIMILAR REQUIRED.

- Current MN esthetician license.

- Continuing education completion for license and clinical procedures.
- Strong computer literacy skills and social media (Instagram) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is necessary.
