Esthetician Instructor

This role is perfect for an experienced esthetician who wants stability, purpose, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact. Every day, you'll guide aspiring professionals as they build the confidence, skills, and professionalism they need to succeed in the beauty industry.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience/qualifications)

We are currently scheduling for:

• Monday through Thursday from 2:00pm-10:00pm
• Tuesday through Thursday from 2-10pm and Friday/Saturday 8:30-4:30 pm
• We have part time hours available as well if evenings/weekends work.

ESTHETICIAN INSTRUCTOR: YOUR DAY, YOUR VIBE

You'll be the friendly and encouraging person who educates aspiring future professionals on the ins and outs of esthetic practices and modern techniques.

• As an instructor, you'll do more than teach-you'll mentor, inspire, and help students discover their potential.
• Teach our renowned esthetics curriculum, including facials, clinical services, and advanced machine techniques
• Guide students as they build confidence, professionalism, and technical skills
• Provide meaningful feedback and mentorship to support student growth
• Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to exceptional education
• Continue expanding your own industry knowledge through ongoing training and development

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Active Ohio esthetician instructor license//If you have your advanced license, please let us know if you need help getting to the next level.
• Clinical experience with facials, esthetic equipment, and machine-based techniques
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and training
• Professional classroom management and customer service skills
• Tech-savviness with the ability to utilize modern teaching tools
• Passion for education and commitment to supporting our culture
• Patient and understanding attitude
• Ability to inspire students to try their best and keep growing
