Esthetician Instructor

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in esthetics, and the desire to educate and inspire the new generation of beauty professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and informative lessons on esthetics theory and practical techniques.
• Develop curriculum and instructional materials that meet state and national standards.
• Provide hands-on training in various skin care treatments, makeup application, and spa services.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Requirements
• Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proven experience in facials, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate students effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for beauty and wellness with a commitment to continuous learning in the field of esthetics.
