Esthetician Instructor: Evening, Part-time

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Esthetician Instructor to guide and inspire the next generation of skincare professionals at our state-of-the-art beauty college. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in facials, skincare analysis, waxing, and professional skincare practices—along with a genuine love for teaching. This is a meaningful opportunity to shape future estheticians in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

What You’ll Do

• Teach and mentor students in esthetician fundamentals, including facials, skin analysis, extractions, advanced modalities, waxing, basic makeup, and hygiene protocols.
• Lead hands-on, engaging classes (~4 hours), maintaining energy and focus while demonstrating professional techniques.
• Create a welcoming, respectful, and inspiring classroom culture that encourages growth and confidence.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and student needs.
• Provide individualized feedback and real-world advice to help students improve and prepare for licensure.
• Collaborate with staff and fellow instructors to improve curriculum and student outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently Licensed Esthetician (California) with strong hands-on experience (Minimum 2 years, 4+ preferred).
• MUST be available to work Evening schedule (Tue - Friday 5:30 - 9:30pm) - NO EXCEPTIONS!
• MUST HAVE prior experience as an Educator/Instructor.
• Passionate about skincare and education, with the ability to connect with students of all backgrounds.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable leading active, interactive classes for extended periods.
• Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Must be active in the industry, practicing esthetics.

Requirements

• Valid California Esthetician License.
• MUST HAVE prior experience as an Educator/Instructor.
• Demonstrated professional esthetics experience.
• Strong interest in education and mentorship.
