Job Qualifications – Medical Esthetician & Laser Hair Removal Technician

Education & Certification:

• Certified Medical Esthetician License in the State of Florida
• Valid Laser Technician certification in the State of Florida
• Additional certifications in advanced skincare treatments (e.g., microneedling, chemical peels, IPL, etc)

Experience:

• Hands-on experience with medical-grade skincare treatments and laser technologies
• Experience working in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or similar setting is preferred

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in operating laser hair removal devices
• Knowledge of different skin types and conditions, including contraindications for treatments
• Ability to perform advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare services

Soft Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a patient-centered approach
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
