Spavia King of Prussia is seeking full time and part time Lead Estheticians to join our team! We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in King of Prussia, PA.

Responsibilities

Lead Esthetician Responsibilities:
    • Team Management: Build weekly schedules, manage swaps/requests, ensure peak-time coverage, and maximize provider utilization.
    • Hiring & Onboarding: Assist with interviews, orientation, and modality onboarding; uphold Spavia Brand Standards and guest-journey scripts.
    • Training & Coaching: Onboard new estheticians; role-play scripts; verify protocol execution; mentor for consistent 5-star treatments and guest communication.
    • Sales, KPIs & Reporting: Lead daily huddles and a visible scoreboard; drive membership and retail goals; track/report utilization, rescheduling %, enhancement attach rate, and guest reviews/NPS; execute monthly campaigns.
    • Cleanliness, Safety & Presentation: Ensure rooms meet brand standards and are clean, sanitized, stocked, and guest-ready at all times.
    • Inventory & Ordering: Track retail/back-bar stock; coordinate ordering/receiving, manage par levels, and control shrink.
  • Lead responsibilities are separate from treatment work and are paid hourly at $18, while hands-on treatments continue to be paid per-treatment with applicable gratuities and commissions.

Skills & Qualifications

Requirements for Lead Esthetician:
  • Actively State Licensed Esthetician
  • Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
  • Professional, and drug/alcohol free
  • A passion for working with people
  • Can-do attitude and high energy
  • A team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry
  • Recognized as a high-performing specialist who consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences and models excellence for peers.
    Demonstrated ability to inspire others through strong personal performance, professionalism, and consistent adherence to brand standards.
Job Type:Full Time positions available. Flexibility is a plus.
