Esthetician (Lead)

Immediate opening for a Full-time Lead Licensed Esthetician who has a current PA License in Esthetics (not Cosmetology) and practicing for at least 3 years as a lead. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Philadelphia Logan Square/Fairmount area - On 20th Street between Callowhill and Hamilton Sts. Next door to the Philadelphia Sport Club and in the Target Shopping Center. Very busy spa!

Hand & Stone is rapidly expanding across the US & Canada (650+ spas) and provides affordable luxury professional massages, facials & hair removal services 7 days a week.

Requirements :

* Licensed Esthetician doing numerous facials every day for at least 3 years.

* We cannot accept applicants who are Cosmetologists, nor someone doing mostly all forms of brow services, hair removal-type services (ie; sugaring), makeup, skincare retail sales and/or those educating students only.

* Inventory Management.

* Supervision of Licensed Estheticians (not students or retail sales employees).

* Skincare retail sales.

* Social media knowledge and willingness to promote the spa, yourself and esties on META, TikTok etc is critical to this role.

This is a Hybrid position which means you'll be both performing regular & upgraded facial services as an esthetician and doing Administrative/Lead Tasks as follows:

* Recruiting, onboarding & training new estheticians as needed

* Performance Management/Supervision of the team

* Staying up to date on new protocols and ensuring same for your team

* Recommend to management new products and offerings which corporate suggests
