We are expanding our Spa Team and seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about facials, skincare, and delivering results-driven treatments in a high-end, client-focused environment.

Position Summary

The Esthetician will perform customized facial services and skincare consultations while maintaining Luxe’s elevated standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. This position is commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance, client retention, and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care & Services

• Perform personalized facial treatments that address individual skincare needs and goals.
• Conduct skin analyses and create customized service and product recommendations.
• Provide expert education on at-home skincare routines and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed client treatment records and service history.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and foster long-term client relationships.

Treatment Room & Safety

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure compliance with all TDLR sanitation and safety standards.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock equipment, linens, and supplies after each client.
• Follow infection control and spa hygiene protocols consistently.

Retail & Revenue Growth

• Recommend and promote professional skincare products to complement facial treatments.
• Contribute to achieving personal and team sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing promotions, special events, and membership initiatives.

Team & Culture

• Collaborate with peers to maintain a positive, supportive, and professional environment.
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and brand education.
• Represent Luxe’s values of excellence, care, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetician License (TDLR).
• Minimum 1 year of spa or skincare experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facial techniques, skincare ingredients, and treatment protocols.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.86 - $150.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
