Duties

• Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with attention to detail and hygiene standards.
• Perform esthetic treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments to enhance clients’ skin health and appearance.
• Apply hair extensions, hair styling techniques, and barbering services to meet diverse client needs.
• Conduct skin analysis using color theory principles to recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, hair extensions, and body treatments to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their beauty goals while providing personalized recommendations.
• Stay current with industry trends such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, and new esthetic laser techniques to offer innovative services.
• Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement services provided during appointments.

Qualifications

• Valid license or certification in Cosmetology or Esthetics from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in nail care techniques including gel nails, acrylics, nail art, and manicures/pedicures.
• Knowledge of skin care treatments such as dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser procedures.
• Strong understanding of color theory for skin analysis and treatment customization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients confidently.
• Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all services performed.
• Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Familiarity with hair styling techniques including hair extensions and threading; barbering experience is a plus.
