What you will have an opportunity to do:

Position Summary

The Esthetician is responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to guests while creating a relaxing, personalized, and memorable spa experience. This role requires a strong knowledge of skin care treatments, products, and techniques, along with a commitment to guest satisfaction, professionalism, and teamwork.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide professional esthetic services including facials, waxing, body treatments, and skincare consultations

• Perform thorough skin analyses and recommend appropriate treatments and retail products

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room in accordance with state regulations and spa standards

• Educate guests on proper skincare routines and product usage

• Accurately document guest information, treatment notes, and preferences

• Promote spa services, programs, and retail offerings to enhance the guest experience

• Uphold all spa policies, procedures, and service standards

• Work collaboratively with other spa team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Deliver consistent, high-quality service while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor

• Attend required training sessions, meetings, and continuing education opportunities

What are we looking for?

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician license in the state of employment (required)

• Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and sanitation practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport with guests and provide personalized service

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday

• Manual dexterity to perform treatments

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

Schedule & Availability

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
