Experience:

• Medical Spa aesthetics: 3 years (Required)
• Advanced Laser & skincare Facial treatments: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person at Mclean Virginia

Responsibilities

• Advanced Treatments: Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, Aerolase Neo Elite, laser hair removal treatment chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, and LED therapy..
• Client Education: Provide detailed instructions on post-treatment care and ongoing skincare regimens.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and state regulations to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Documentation: Keep accurate and detailed records of all treatments and client interactions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in skincare through ongoing education and training.
• Collaborative Care: Work closely with other medical professionals at the spa to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active and current Esthetician or Master license in Virginia.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a medical spa or dermatology office is a MUST, Performing laser treatment, microneedling, chemical peels, treatments, and other skincare techniques
• Advanced Skincare Knowledge: Proficient in Laser resurfacing treatment, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, laser skin resurfacing treatments, and more.
• Client-Centric Approach: Strong dedication to achieving optimal results through exceptional client care.

Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable with medical software and record keeping,

• including EMR systems.
• Aesthetic Eye: Strong attention to detail and a fine aesthetic sense to customize treatments for every client.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to clearly explain procedures and skincare regimens.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished, professional appearance
• aligning with the high standards of our practice.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and
• support staff in a dynamic environment.
