Position Overview: We're looking for licensed estheticians who are not only skilled in delivering results-driven skincare services but who also embody a spirit of empathy, engagement, and excellence. As a Hi, skin esthetician, you will play a pivotal role in our mission, directly contributing to the personalized care and satisfaction of our clients under the guidance of the Studio Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations to understand and address clients’ skincare needs.
• Evaluate skin conditions and recommend the best treatments and products.
• Educate clients on the importance of consistent treatments and daily skincare routines.
• Stay informed about new Hi, skin services and products to enhance client care.
• Forge lasting, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and caring experience.
• Ensure punctuality and maintain the studio’s standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Grow a loyal recurring client base and achieve monthly studio and personal revenue goals.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified District of Columbia Esthetician License.
• Required experience in dermaplaning.
• Proven experience in a spa or studio setting, demonstrating a history of customer satisfaction and care.
