Well Labs + Medspa Coconut Creek is seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Laser‑Certified Esthetician who is excited about a dual role that combines hands‑on patient care with front office coordination. Position Overview

This is a part‑time, dual role that includes:

• Providing esthetic services to patients
• Front desk / patient coordination support, including scheduling, check‑in/check‑out, and patient flow
• Collaboration on promotions, social media, and brand initiatives

The ideal candidate is confident, adaptable, sales‑minded, and enjoys helping patients move forward with their treatment plans.

Schedule Expectations

• Saturday (Esthetician Role):
• 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (seeing patients)
• Thursday & Friday (Patient Service Coordinator): 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Potential opportunity to offer late‑day facial services between 5:00–6:00 PM (to be discussed) Esthetic Services Performed

The esthetician must be capable of performing all services currently offered at Well Labs + Medspa Coconut Creek. Additional services may require mandatory completion of internal trainings.

Services include but are not limited to:

• Custom facials
• Dermaplaning
• Microdermabrasion
• SkinPen (microneedling)
• Chemical peels
• Laser Hair Removal *
• IPL *
• PRP *
• * Requires appropriate licensure and experience

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high‑quality esthetic and laser services in accordance with spa protocols
• Provide exceptional guest experiences from consultation to follow‑up
• Assist patients at the front desk with check‑in, check‑out, appointment scheduling, and treatment coordination
• Educate patients on skincare, treatment plans, and home‑care products
• Actively promote services and retail products, meeting sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and treatment‑ready workspace
• Utilize spa software for scheduling, charting, and inventory
• Collaborate with the team on promotions, events, and social media initiatives
• Be comfortable being photographed and recorded for marketing and social media content
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Requirements

• Active Florida Esthetician License (required)
• Electrologist License and laser experience (strong plus)
• Proven experience performing professional facial services
• Experience with laser hair removal, IPL, and advanced treatments preferred
• Evening and weekend availability
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Sales‑driven mindset with the ability to guide patients toward recommended services
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and excel in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional demeanor with a team‑first attitude
• Comfortable working both treatment room and front desk roles

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
