Esthetician - PT (Body Contouring/Facials)

Job Overview

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to occasionally pick up some hours and expand their skillset doing one of the most in demand and high-end premium esthetics service specialties in the industry.

If you don't have the experience doling CryoSlimming and Cryofacials, we will train you. Once you have the training you will always be able to perform the services and can fill in when needed and during spot times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cutting edge non-invasive body contouring and facials.
• Sales and up-selling high-end products and services
• Engage in up-selling products and services to clients based on their individual needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
• Engagement with customers and walk-ins being able to speak to our services
• Front Desk
• POS System

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with understanding of body anatomy.
• Proven success in sales and up-selling
• Comfortable selling high-end product
• Proven ability to drive client retention and self-promote effectively
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments.
• Experience in Cryo Body and Cryo Facials preferred. WILL TRAIN
• Present themselves well, are friendly, courteous, mature, and an excellent team player
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
• Familiarity with POS software is preferred.

• Flex Hours - can fill in and backup when needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
