Esthetician, RC Wellness Medspa

RC Wellness is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our wellness and skincare team. We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about skincare, relaxation-based treatments, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Our space focuses on result-driven skincare combined with holistic wellness services, including custom facials, microneedling, and headspa treatments. This is a great opportunity for an esthetician who enjoys building relationships with clients and working in a calm, elevated spa environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform customized facials tailored to client skin goals
• Provide microneedling treatments following proper safety protocols
• Deliver relaxing and therapeutic headspa/scalp wellness services
• Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate skincare treatments
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism
• Create a welcoming and relaxing experience for every guest

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician License (required)
• Experience performing professional custom and hydro facials
• Experience with microneedling preferred
• Interest or experience in scalp wellness/headspa services
• Interest or experience in brow lamination
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
