Duties

• Provide professional skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to address diverse skin concerns.
• Perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to enhance clients’ appearance.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to support their ongoing beauty journey.
• Deliver deep tissue massages and other relaxation therapies to promote overall wellness and client satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas after each service.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs, explain treatment options, and ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products based on individual skin types and preferences.

Experience

• Proven experience in esthetics or cosmetology with certification in skincare or related fields.
• Skilled in performing esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and foster loyalty.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures essential for maintaining a hygienic environment.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about treatments and product recommendations.
• Experience in retail sales or product demos is preferred to support client engagement and revenue growth.
