REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid Esthetics license in Washington
• At least 2 year experience in a similar role
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable and available to work various schedules
• Must have a passion for your craft, a love of people, and client services
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Desire to continuously improve and a willingness to learn
• Strong interpersonal, oral communication and listening skills
• Comfortable using social media

Responsibilities

• Perform esthetician services such as facials, waxing, and body treatments in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sanitation procedures and guidelines.
• Utilize communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their preferences, and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to provide clients with the latest esthetic services.
• Adhere to all regulations and guidelines related to esthetician practices and procedures.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, engage with clients, and attract new customers.
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth operations and achieve business goals.
• Possess and maintain a valid Esthetician License to perform services in compliance with state regulations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using salon software such as Boulevard for scheduling appointments and managing client information.
