Esthetician-Strong Sales Skills

Responsibilities

As a team, we're committed to offering excellent professional services that help clients look and feel their best, so they have the confidence to do more of the things they love. This includes:

• Lead new hire orientation to ensure proper protocols, sales and service level expectations are clearly developed in our newly hired licensed estheticians.
• Focus on growth and development of all existing esthetic staff regarding technical skill, protocols, and sales results.
• Assist with hiring when needed.

This position is in conjunction to being a working esthetician for company.

Requirements

• Must be able to lead according to all services and expectations in adherence to the company Esthetician Training Guidelines.
• Coordinate with Management and Skincare Director to ensure regular training visits on relevant topics.
• with estheticians and Sales Associates.
• Host regular company approved sales training with esthetics staff.
• Review training and provide feedback to trainees.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Lead will provide all improvement feedback to GM, so that GM can delivery to employees.
