Esthetician Team Lead

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Esthetician Team Lead to oversee daily operations, lead a team of brow artists, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is a licensed professional with strong leadership abilities, a genuine passion for brows, and a commitment to driving results through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of brow artists to deliver top-tier brow services with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Manage daily brow bar operations, including scheduling, client flow, consultations, and service quality control
• Provide mentorship in brow shaping, waxing, tweezing, tinting, and lamination to support team development and consistency
• Oversee retail and service sales by guiding the team on product recommendations, add-ons, and effective upselling techniques
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards across all stations in compliance with state board regulations
• Utilize booking and POS systems to manage appointments, client records, and daily sales tracking
• Support marketing efforts by contributing to social media content, promotions, and client engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license with strong knowledge of brow services including waxing, mapping, tweezing, tinting, and lamination
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented beauty environment
• Proficiency with Square booking and POS systems for scheduling, client management, and sales tracking
• Strong communication skills with the ability to consult clients, recommend services, and educate on brow maintenance and products
• Thorough understanding of sanitation protocols and state board regulations for all brow services
• Experience driving retail and service sales through product recommendations and upselling during appointments
• Ability to train and mentor team members to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high service standards
• Comfortable contributing to social media content and engaging with clients to promote services and grow the business

Pay: $31,200.00 - $62,400.00 per year

Work Location: In person
