Full Job Description

Highlands Spa is seeking an experienced Esthetician / Wax Specialist to join our team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, ideal for someone looking for flexibility and the opportunity to grow their own clientele within an established spa environment.

This role allows you to operate with independence while benefiting from a professional, high-quality space and existing client flow.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional waxing services (Brazilian experience preferred)
• Provide customized facial treatments based on client needs
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Educate clients on skincare routines and aftercare
• Manage your schedule and grow your personal clientele

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in waxing and/or esthetics
• Active Colorado Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Reliable and professional

Preferred (Not Required)

• Lash lifts and tints
• Eyelash extensions
• Microneedling
• Dermaplaning
