Responsibilities

• Provide partial or full body waxing with precision and care
• Assist with reception duties when not in a session
• Greet clients with warm and positive attitude
• Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively to client requests and offering personalized recommendations
• Uphold strict sanitation and safety standards to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff
• Stay current with industry trends and continuously expand your skill set through ongoing training

Requirements

• Proven experience in treatment sales within the beauty or wellness industry
• Certification or licensure in esthetics as required by local regulations
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in a salon or spa setting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
