Esthetician - Waxing Specialist

We are an all-waxing specialty salon with 2 locations, looking for our next amazing waxer!

For schedules, Our Waxers must:

• Be available for at least 25 hours per week, up to 38
• Be flexible with pretty open availability
• Travel to both SLC locations
• Work Saturdays (9am-4pm) and evenings (3pm-8:30pm)

We're closed Sundays.

Our Pay includes:

• Pay during training
• Base hourly plus an opportunity to move quickly up our scale
• Sales bonuses range between $150-$900 a month - up to YOU
• Client gratuities range $800-$2000 a month

Job Type: Part time available

Our waxers average $20-$50/hr with tips and monthly sales bonuses included

License/Certification:

• Esthetician / Cosmetology License (Required)
• Please do not apply if you are not currently licensed

We are Salt Wax Society: the most reputable waxing specialty salon in SLC. We have 2 locations and are continuing to grow! This is a unique environment for awesome humans who truly love to wax. We specialize in brazilians and brows.

My name is Monique, I'm the founder and owner of Salt Wax. I'm an esthetician who has worked incredibly hard at building this business to provide an uplifting, confidence building experience to every guest. I'm obsessed with smooth and positive vibes! The guest experience is something we all care about but something else that's just as important to me - is the waxer experience.

I truly believe that if we offer a great environment where our wax babes are encouraged to do and be their best, a space where negativity and gossip is unacceptable, and mutual respect and understanding takes top priority, we'll have a healthy team culture where our estheticians want to stay and grow with us.

We have two locations currently and plans for more on the way. There is always room for growth for the right people with great attitudes.
