Hello Sugar is a Brazilian waxing and sugaring franchise with locations across the US. Our McKinney location is growing and we're looking for top performers to join our team. Available to start June, 2026.

Job Description

Half of this role is performing great waxing and sugaring services. The other half is helping clients understand why consistent waxing matters and getting them on a membership that saves them money. If you're only looking to do services and go home, this isn't the right fit. If you're someone who naturally builds relationships with clients and feels comfortable recommending what's best for them, you'll do really well here.

What You'll Earn

• $12–$50/hour based on commission tier, membership sales, and performance
• 100% of tips - always!
• Monthly bonuses for hitting goals
• 100% of estis reach $22–$35/hr within 2–3 months as their book fills

Who You Are

• Current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology license (required)
• Comfortable talking to clients about memberships and rebooking, this is a sales-driven role
• Open to feedback and coaching, we invest heavily in helping you improve
• Professional, punctual, and reliable

What You'll Do

• Full-body waxing and sugaring services
• Educate clients on aftercare, hair growth cycles, and skincare
• Pitch and sell memberships to new and returning clients
• Keep your workspace clean and up to Hello Sugar standards
• Show up to training, coaching sessions, and team check-ins
