OPEN HOUSE DATE: APRIL 8th from 10:00AM - 4:00PM

As a Licensed Esthetician at Spencer's, you will play a key role in delivering our signature and premium facial treatments menu, curated by renowned esthetician Gill Milberg. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Performing Spencer’s facial treatment menu.
• Collaborating with guests to develop personalized skincare routines and recommendations.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction during each spa experience.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms to create a comfortable and hygienic environment.

• Working collaboratively with other team members to deliver outstanding service and support a positive team culture.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience.
• Be able to speak to and embody Spencer's Core Values, which include: sophisticated, professional, excellence, neoteric, consistent, educated, receptive, and service.
• A valid Esthetician license in the state of practice.
• Experience in the luxury industry is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques and treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• A passion for skincare and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Buccal & lymphatic massage experience.

Schedule:

Seeking Estheticians for multiple day and evening shifts per week

Pay:

$35 - $50 per treatment hour (may vary based upon, but not limited, relevant experience, time in role, geographic location, other criteria).

Based on service offerings, Therapists can expect gratuity ranging from $40-80 per treatment.
