Job Summary
We are seeking an upbeat, dependable, energetic and motivated licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team! Successful applicants will be patient-focused and able to handle front desk / office admin duties as needed. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience as an esthetician is required.
Duties
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, using Aesthetic Record software.
- Provide information about services offered, upselling additional treatments or products as appropriate.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk area and waiting room.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for service providers.
- Promote retail sales by demonstrating products and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Learn to support social media management efforts by creating content, sharing updates and engaging with patients online.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient services across all departments.
- Successful applicants should have a California Esthetician License with at least one year of experience and should currently have insurance.
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality or beauty industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and experience in upselling products or services is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with patients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- A background in med spa services or related fields will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Duties
- Administer aesthetic procedures in accordance with established protocols, including providing facials, peels, and other services
- Document patient and procedure information accurately in electronic medical record system while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients on treatment options, post-care instructions, and potential side effects.
- Establish and build relationships with potential, new and existing patients / clients to promote and sell the medical spas services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a medical spa setting to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
