Celestial Aesthetics is seeking a polished, motivated, and client-focused Esthetician / Front Desk Administrator to join our growing luxury med spa team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who loves both treatment room artistry and creating an elevated guest experience at the front desk.

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Schedule: 24-30 hours per week; 6-8 hours per week; Tuesday through Saturday

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + commission + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

Esthetician Duties:

- Perform facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and other licensed treatments

- Educate clients on skincare products and treatment plans

- Build and retain a loyal clientele through exceptional service

- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and QuadA compliance standards

- Take before/after photos and chart notes accurately

- Perform social media content, creation, stories and daily engagement

Front Desk / Administrative Duties:

- Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism

- Answer phones, texts, DMs, and online inquiries promptly

- Schedule appointments and optimize provider calendars

- Process payments and memberships

- Promote services, retail products, specials, and memberships

- Assist team with social media content creation, stories, and daily engagement

- Ensure front lobby remains clean, luxurious, and organized

- Maintain stock/inventory, perform room setups and opening and closing of spa

Qualifications:

- Current Esthetician License (required)

- Dermaplaning Certification (required)

- 1+ year spa, med spa, or luxury service experience preferred

- Strong sales confidence and customer service skills

- Professional appearance and polished communication

- Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment

- Social media savvy is a major plus

- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

- Team player with positive energy and hustle mentality
