Evoke Esthetics MedSpa is seeking an experienced Esthetician / Laser Technician who is passionate about advanced holistic skincare and interested in growing long-term with a specialized practice.

We are a boutique holistic medspa focused on skin health, regenerative treatments, and real results. Our environment is calm, professional, and education-focused, allowing practitioners to build meaningful client relationships and develop true expertise.

This is a part-time position with room to grow into additional hours as your clientele builds.

This position is best suited for an esthetician who is self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare and laser treatments
• Conduct thorough skin consultations
• Create treatment plans for long-term results
• Recommend homecare products and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate client records
• Maintain a clean and professional treatment room
• Provide an excellent client experience
• Build and retain clientele

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain treatment room supplies and organization
• Participate in growing your clientele and the practice
• Contribute to social media content (approximately weekly)
• Support marketing efforts and client retention

Successful candidates enjoy taking initiative and being actively involved in building their clientele.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years professional esthetics experience
• Laser experience required
• Current Idaho Esthetician, Cosmetologist, or Laser Technician license
• Experience using Vagaro scheduling software or similar booking systems
• Strong consultation skills
• Professional and dependable
• Self-motivated and growth oriented
• Passion for advanced holistic skincare
• Comfortable working independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Master Esthetician License preferred but not required

Experience with:

• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• Laser treatments
• Advanced facials

Schedule

• Part-time
• Flexible scheduling
• Some Saturdays required
