Esthetician/Laser Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Esthetician/Laser Technician to join our vibrant skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal procedures, laser facials, relaxing facials, hydrafacial, dermaplaining, microdermabrasion and multiple other treatments while providing outstanding customer service. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals through personalized consultations and professional care. Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal procedures, laser facials, relaxing facials, hydrafacial, dermaplaining, microdermabrasion and multiple other treatments
• Conduct skin analysis and provide tailored treatment plans to meet individual client needs.
• Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to enhance their skincare routines.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area following all health and safety protocols.
• Utilize spa management software to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and answer questions about procedures and skincare products.
• Support team efforts by participating in promotional events, client outreach, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license and laser technician license in accordance with Texas state regulations.
• Familiarity with software for scheduling and client management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and maintaining a safe treatment environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
