What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality esthetic and laser treatments with precision and care
• Build lasting client relationships through education and honest recommendations
• Drive revenue by confidently promoting our services, packages, and retail lines
• Appear on camera for marketing content (Instagram, TikTok, UGC-style campaigns)
• Contribute ideas and help shape our growth — we want operators, not order-takers

What We're Looking For

• Active Illinois Esthetician license (required)
• Laser technician certification and hands-on experience (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with Candela and Morpheus8 devices
• Knowledge of ZO Skin Health and iS Clinical skincare lines
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Russian, or Ukrainian (major plus)
• Solid grasp of modern digital marketing and social media
• Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
• Ambitious, self-starting attitude — someone who sees a career here, not just a job
