Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments such as laser therapy, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, understanding their needs, and providing tailored skincare advice
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
• Conduct product demonstrations and recommend retail items to enhance clients’ skincare routines
• Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all clients and staff
• Assist with retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and current promotions
• Support reception duties including answering phones, checking in/out clients, and maintaining accurate records of treatments and sales

Experience

• Previous experience in esthetics or cosmetology is preferred; certification in esthetic laser treatment is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively connect with diverse clients and team members
• Knowledge of body waxing, nail care, deep tissue massage, makeup application, and skincare treatments such as dermabrasion is highly desirable
• Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to uphold health standards
• Experience with retail sales and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and revenue generation
• Passion for the beauty industry with a desire to stay current on the latest trends and techniques
