Esthetician/Spa Assistant

At Akoya Face + Body, we're looking for a dependable and thoughtful esthetician who brings professionalism, maturity, and a sincere desire to grow. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing clients care with day-to-day spa operations.

You'll provide esthetic treatments while also supporting as a spa assistant- helping to maintain a calm, welcoming environment and ensuring every client receives a seamless and elevated experience.

We are committed to delivering thoughtful, results- driven treatments with precision, consistency, and care.

This role includes a combination of hourly pay and commission.

Team members are scheduled for weekly hours and receive hourly pay during those scheduled times when not booked with clients.
Wnen performing services, compensation is commission-based, with additional income from tips.
This structure provides both income stability and the opportuinty to earn more as skills and client base grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
