Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Esthetics Injector to join our vibrant team at a leading med spa. In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers, to help clients achieve their beauty goals. Duties

• Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers with precision and care, ensuring optimal results and client safety
• Conduct skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and aesthetic goals
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon or med spa software like Millennium or MINDBODY to maximize operational efficiency
• Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare procedures, and product recommendations to enhance their experience and satisfaction
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols, including sterilization of tools and treatment areas, adhering to industry standards for safety and hygiene
• Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting services, and engaging with the community to attract new clients
• Support retail sales by recommending skincare products and beauty solutions that complement treatments and meet client needs

Requirements

• Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist with certification in medical aesthetics or related fields
• Proven experience performing injectable procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers in a med spa or clinical setting
• Knowledge of salon software systems like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards, skin care products, and esthetic laser treatments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and build lasting relationships
• Experience in social media management, product demos, and upselling techniques to grow client base and revenue
• Familiarity with hair threading, body waxing, nail care, makeup application, eyelash extensions, hair styling, tattooing, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, straight razor shaving, barbering, color theory, retail sales strategies, and hospitality is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing front desk responsibilities when needed
