Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans covering topics such as facial treatments, hair removal, make-up application, and more.
• Demonstrate practical skills.
• Assess student progress through evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in esthetic techniques to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Guide students through hands-on practice sessions, ensuring they develop confidence and competence in various procedures.

Requirements

• PA Board of Cosmetology license for Esthetics or Cosmetology.
• Ability to teach adult learners effectively.
• Proficiency in esthetic theory and treatments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Ability to plan lessons effectively and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
