Qualifications

• Current California Esthetician License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for education, coaching, and student success
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Teaching experience is preferred but not required. We provide training and support to help you succeed in your role.

What You'll Do

As an Esthetics Instructor, you'll play a key role in creating an engaging and inspiring learning environment. You'll guide students through classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and clinic floor coaching while helping them develop the technical skills, professionalism, and confidence needed for successful careers in esthetics.

Your responsibilities will include teaching esthetics theory and practical applications, mentoring students, evaluating progress, supporting student achievement, and maintaining a positive and productive classroom culture.
