Duties

• ASSIST lead instructors in delivering engaging lessons on esthetic treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, and other modalities
• Support classroom activities by preparing materials, setting up equipment, and maintaining a clean learning environment.
• Help evaluate student progress through observation and feedback during practical sessions
• Support students in understanding anatomy relevant to aesthetic treatments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all practical demonstrations and student interactions

Technical Qualifications

The ideal candidate demonstrates STRONG proficiency in Level 1 esthetics and foundational skincare technologies, including:

• Professional facial protocols
• Skin consultations & analysis
• High Frequency
• Ultrasonic Spatula
• Galvanic (iontophoresis + desincrustation)
• Cold Hammer Therapy
• Exemplary sanitation and room prep standards
