We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Insurance Supplement Specialist to join our expanding exterior restoration team. Responsibilities

• Review and prepare Xactimate estimates and supplements.
• Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters and carriers.
• Manage active roofing, siding, window, and exterior restoration claims.
• Identify applicable code upgrades and material matching requirements.
• Coordinate with homeowners, public adjusters, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Document damages through photos, measurements, and written reports.
• Review ITEL reports and support material matching discussions.
• Work closely with sales and production teams to ensure projects move efficiently.
• Maintain organized claim files and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist in developing and improving internal processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• 2 years of insurance supplementing experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Xactimate.
• Experience negotiating supplements with insurance carriers.
• Background in roofing, siding, windows, or exterior restoration.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
