Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimating & Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales and project teams with material takeoffs, estimating, sample fulfillment, and project coordination. This role is essential to supporting architects, contractors, and distributors throughout the design and construction process.

Responsibilities

· Perform material takeoffs from architectural drawings and reflected ceiling plans

· Prepare accurate estimates and pricing for acoustic wood wall and ceiling systems

· Coordinate sample requests and fulfillment for architects and designers

· Provide sales support including project tracking, documentation, and follow-up

· Assist with submittal preparation and technical product information

· Communicate with internal manufacturing, distributors, and contractors regarding scope, pricing, and lead times

· Maintain organized project records using an internal proprietary project management system

· Support projects from design development through construction

Qualifications

· Experience with architectural takeoffs and estimating

· Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required)

Preferred Experience

· Background in architectural products, building materials manufacturing, or construction

· Experience with acoustic, wood, or specialty interior finish systems

· Familiarity with CSI Divisions 9 and/or 7

· Experience supporting architects, contractors, or distributors

· AutoCAD experience for performing accurate material takeoffs from architectural drawings, reflected ceiling plans, and interior elevations

Compensation & Benefits
