Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Estimating Engineer with experience in USA-based construction estimation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing material takeoffs, cost estimates, scopes of work, and bid analysis for residential and commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform material takeoffs and cost estimates using USA construction standards.
• Interpret bid documents, plans, sections, and elevations.
• Prepare detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) for construction projects.
• Manage and evaluate subcontractor quotations and bid proposals.
• Work on high-rise and multi-family building projects.
• Use tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and PlanSwift for estimation.
• Stay updated with construction materials, market pricing, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (HEC recognized).
• Minimum 6 months experience in construction estimation.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and bid documents.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PlanSwift.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
