Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit RA bills and final bills as per contract terms
• Measure quantities from drawings and site measurements
• Verify contractor and subcontractor bills and certify payments
• Prepare rate analysis for extra, deviated, and non-BOQ items
• Coordinate with site, planning, and accounts teams for billing approvals
• Maintain billing records, abstracts, and measurement sheets
• Ensure billing is done as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Track material reconciliation, recoveries, and deductions
• Prepare MIS reports related to billing status and cost monitoring
• Support audits by providing required billing and measurement documents
• Assist in contract administration and cost control activities

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, billing, and measurements
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software
• Understanding of construction contracts and IS codes
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Hands-on exposure to site and billing coordination
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
